A couple of weeks ago Stacie Frazier was featured in the AIBP Philosophie Boudoir Magazine and then asked ME if I would be her model! So exciting! Together we thought we would play with a single boudoir pose and explore the many options or in this case photographs you can get from a single pose! Philosophie Magazine is an International Publication on Boudoir Photography from AIBP Association of International Boudoir Photographers. The magazine is really well done and has some beautiful images and content. Congratulations to all whose images were featured in the magazine and to Stacie for beaing featured! You can read the Haute Shots Blog written by Stacie HERE!
Being a model in my own right and in front of the camera, a lot, I have learned what my body looks like and what will make it look its best, but the reality is most of us are not models and don't have a clue as to what will look good in a photograph or what will make themselves look good. Boudoir can be a little different. WELL...aside from booking your photo shoot with Stacie of Haute Shots, you will be happy to know that if you are lucky to have a talent like Stacie you can get incredible shots and may not have to do much at all! Ok you will have to do something but that is what Stacie is teaching to photographers across the world... I hear so many women say they wouldn't know how to pose...and honestly you don't need to know how to pose necessarily. So, if you are considering a shoot, just remember to do your homework. If you have any questions on what to look for leave a comment below! I am working on a few posts for your first time boudoir shoot.I mean other than fly to Vegas and get your photo shoot done here with Stacie, there are a few tips and tricks to make your experience amazing...and this is coming from someone who had never had a photoshoot prior to my Spokesmodel shoot!
So excited to be part of this feature!
I was also so excited to be side by side with Stacie this past weekend while she lead a posing class and shootout for WPPI. I was so excited to meet all of the talented photographers and peers!
P.S. If you are wondering about the waist cincher/garter I am wearing in the magazine, you can find it HERE .It is from Luxxa and is made in France. It has to be one of my favorite pieces of lingerie I own aside from my La Lilouche pieces. I also love that it can sort of hide any rolls in your stomach!I also am wearing earrings designed by Marti Agassi Jewelry , the most beautiful earrings you will see...LOVE..
I will be doing my next series on the best pieces for each body shape..things that you are concerned with. If there is something specific let me know and I will answer it in my next post!
