So here are the turkey muffins I am absolutely addicted too...they have saved my life on many occasions...Once again I was distracted...I need to set up the tri-pod differently but I taped this while I was starving so I just wanted to get done! hahaha
I eat these hot and I eat them cold...They are typically my third meal of the day with 1 cup of green beans. You will often find me stuffing my face with one of the these in the parking lot of the gym..haha I will usually keep 2 or 3 in the fridge and the rest in the freezer as I start to run out I take 2 to 3 more out of the freezer and place in fridge.
