So there are TONS of recipes out there and I am sure they are better than what I did...but I have been getting a lot of questions about what I am eating I thought I would share...obviously these recipes can be edited to your own preference...When I use frozen blueberries I put them directly on the pan...when I use fresh I put it in the mixture...anyway The key to making these work is making sure that your pan is SUPER hot...also, try not to over cook it...or it WILL taste like a paper can also substitute the oats for protein powder...but generally I like to eat FOOD as much as I real food that is..protein is good..but I use it for those times I don't have the real stuff...
